4. PAYMENT TERMS & REFUND POLICY

4.1. Payment & Service Validation

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer (upon request).
  • Payment confirmation validates your registration for the service and implies acceptance of the General Terms & Conditions.
  • For online or group services, bookings are final once payment is confirmed.

4.2. Annulation ou report des sessions en groupe

  • If a group session cannot take place due to an insufficient number of participants, two options are available:
    1. Reschedule for a future session (subject to availability).
    2. Full refund via Stripe if no other date is suitable.

4.3. Client Cancellation & No-Shows

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations by the client.
  • If unable to attend, an alternative solution may be offered:
    • ✔️ A credit to use on another service. .
    • ✔️ An equivalent micro-service based on needs.

4.4. Disputes & Compensation

  • No refunds are granted in case of a dispute, except as specified in section 4.2.
  • Compensation may be offered in the form of a credit or equivalent service, depending on the context.
  • Each request is reviewed individually via​ [email protected].

We may contact you to:

6. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by French law.

In case of a dispute, the competent courts of Fort-de-France, Martinique, shall have jurisdiction.
