Origin

My work on technology integration began over twenty years ago, in a university context in the United Kingdom.

Digital platforms had been deployed without sufficient preparation for the teams.

The tools existed.

The practices remained unclear.

The adoption processes were insufficiently structured.

I supported teaching staff in rebuilding a clear usage framework, clarifying expectations, organising practices and easing resistance.

I understood one essential thing:

technology transforms nothing without a clear framework, defined responsibilities, readable processes and organisational coherence.

Artificial intelligence is part of this same continuity.

Background

Since then, I have worked at the interface between information systems, change management and the structuring of professional practices.

I have supported:

• universities in the United Kingdom in digitalisation projects;
• SMEs in France and overseas territories;
• organisations facing issues around process clarification, governance of AI use and professional responsibility.

My work is based on observing the gaps between strategic intentions and real-world practices.
